Challenge

Clement Senior Solutions provides a deeply personal and essential service—helping families find the right assisted living or memory care community for their loved ones. However, the business lacked a consistent marketing strategy and brand visibility in a competitive local market.
Their website was outdated and didn’t clearly reflect the empathy and professionalism behind the service. Social media content was sparse, and the business wasn’t showing up in key local search results. Additionally, the team wanted to explore direct-to-mail outreach, but needed guidance on how to execute campaigns that felt personal and credible, rather than promotional.

Solutions

We approached the project by clarifying Clement Senior Solutions’ brand voice—centered around empathy, trust, and family-centered care—and translating it across all platforms and communications.
We developed and deployed targeted direct mail campaigns, using U.S. Census data to reach families in need of placement services across Central Texas. Each mailer was designed to reflect the heart and mission of the business, with clear calls to action and a personalized tone.
In parallel, we launched a refreshed Instagram and Facebook content strategy to share educational tips, success stories, and community resources. We also redesigned and updated the website to improve user experience, highlight services more clearly, and ensure mobile responsiveness. Finally, we implemented SEO best practices, optimizing key service pages and local listings to improve organic discovery.
